SASSA Takes Solutions to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions on the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering services such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency reported it can be alarmed about the high range of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your substantial number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office committed to service the area every day. The assistance level established for intervention experiences a substantial inflow of click here possible beneficiaries, which makes it complicated to the Workplace to attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more sources to permit the servicing of all shoppers and maximize access to Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
